Chopard Craft Payment Policy

  • PayPal: For those who prefer using PayPal, we offer this as an option for both domestic and international customers. Payments made via PayPal are processed immediately once your order is confirmed.

  • Bank Transfer: We also accept direct bank transfers for larger orders or customers who prefer this payment method. Please note that bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to process, and we will only ship your order after payment has been confirmed.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For domestic orders, we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. This allows you to pay in cash at the time of delivery. This option is available only in select regions, and additional charges may apply.

  • Gift Cards & Store Credits: Customers can use Chopard Craft gift cards or store credits to pay for their orders. These can be redeemed at checkout by entering the code provided.

2. How to Make a Payment

After selecting your items and proceeding to the checkout, you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. Once your payment method is selected, follow these steps:

  • Credit/Debit Card and PayPal: Simply enter your payment details in the secure checkout area, review your order, and confirm the transaction. Your payment will be processed immediately, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

  • Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will receive our bank details at checkout. After transferring the payment, email us the transaction details to info@chopardcraft.com. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you opt for COD, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and the amount due. You will then pay the courier in cash when the order is delivered to your address.

3. Payment Processing Times

  • Credit Card and PayPal Payments: Once the payment is processed, your order will be confirmed and shipped within 1-2 business days. These payments are typically processed immediately.

  • Bank Transfers: Bank transfer payments may take up to 3 business days to clear. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will process and ship your order.

  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is made when the order is delivered, so your order will be shipped out promptly and delivered within the standard timeframe for COD shipments.

4. Currency

All payments are processed in USD ($). If you are shopping from outside the United States, please note that your payment may be subject to currency conversion fees depending on your payment provider. The final charge will be displayed in your local currency when processed.

5. Security and Fraud Prevention

At Chopard Craft, we take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. We use SSL encryption technology to secure all payments and ensure that your sensitive data remains protected.

For orders paid via bank transfer, you will receive a separate confirmation email once the payment is confirmed.

  • Import Duties and Taxes for International Orders: For international customers, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees depending on the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or the final payment at checkout.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@chopardcraft.com. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed once the item is returned and inspected. Shipping fees for returns may apply.
