Chopard Craft Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included in the return.
  • Exclusions: Some items may be excluded from the return policy, including:
    • Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective)
    • Personalized or Custom-made Products
    • Gift Cards or Store Credits

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to info@chopardcraft.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring that they are secure and protected during transit. Include the RA number and any relevant documentation (receipt, proof of purchase).
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed and refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal, credit card, or other electronic payment methods, refunds will be processed through the same channel. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the returned items do not meet the return criteria (e.g., used or damaged), a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@chopardcraft.com. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and your order number. We will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  • Issue a full refund for the damaged or defective item.

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

6. Late Returns

Any items returned after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. We encourage customers to promptly initiate returns to avoid issues with eligibility.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened or used products (except those damaged or defective)
  • Perishable items (if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.
  • Free Returns: If we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the product at no cost.
